Is MOB a security company?

Not in the traditional sense. We provide the on-site presence many people look for when they search for security services, for properties, events and construction sites. The difference is that we lead with communication and relationships instead of enforcement.

How is MOB different from hiring security guards?

Traditional security often starts with authority and removal. We start with conversation: observing, engaging respectfully, de-escalating, connecting people with resources, and documenting everything so you have a clear record. The result is fewer repeat problems and a better experience for everyone on site.

Do you provide overnight or after-hours support?

Yes. Overnight property support and after-hours construction-site coverage are core services. We'll shape the schedule around when your site actually needs attention.

What happens if a situation becomes unsafe?

We focus on de-escalation first, and most situations never go further than a conversation. If anyone's safety is at immediate risk, we contact emergency services and document exactly what happened.

Will we receive reports?

Yes. Written documentation of observations, interactions, referrals and recommendations is part of every engagement, in a format that works for your team.
