Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name, and optionally your organization;
- your email address and, optionally, your phone number;
- the services you're interested in and the message you write.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss the support you need;
- to provide and manage any services you arrange with us;
- to keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
How it's stored
Contact form messages are emailed to our team and stored securely in our website's administration area so no enquiry is lost. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our working relationship, then delete them.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display our typefaces, pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. Links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email info@mobcommunityservices.com.
Children
Our website is intended for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
